Ab Circle Reborn

For some reason when I bought this I just couldn't "feel it" when I worked out. Well today I felt it really well! so that is my ticket to staying with it. I do like it and my kids do too. I really like to use it while I watch my few shows I insist on watching. Mush more productive then sitting on the couch! Anyone out there know how to log calories burned or anything there? It's not reallya crunch and not really cardio---it's a mix if you do it right.

i'd log it as cardio personally, that way you get to add the burned calories. i would look up how many calories crunches burn and then ad a calorie or two on to that since its a bit more than just a crunch? i dont really know i'm just guessing. good idea to do something like that during your shows!0

I have an ab roller too, and I don't log it. Its considered "strength training" but its still good to do. I put them in my notes at the bottom of my exercise page to keep track of it.0
