I had a bag of clothes that didnt fit anymore and I was going to donate... Luckily I procrastinated for months and the other day out of curiosity I tried some stuff on and it all fits amazingly!! I saved myself a trip to the mall for new clothes!! HUGE WIN :)

I personally started seeing results instantly. Changed my diet and started running doing bodyweight exercises at least 4-5 times a week. Mine has been working fine and loading onto MFP properly too. I know it once stopped working so I uninstalled it and installed it again and it worked again.

Hey! tells us a bit more. like how much your weight is right now, ur height, do you currently do any physical activity, how many meals a day. All this will help give you better input! It's all possible if you put your mind to it. and using MFP will without a doubt help tremendously!

Drink more water and make sure you are eating enough every day.. Also it's not necessarily a bad thing, you could have gained muscle and lost body fat. Either way you should be able to see results better if you do progress pics/measurements vs going by the number on the scale.
