Crossfit, One Month In!

I started Crossfit classes on July 1st. I went three times a week during the foundations class, which was three weeks long. The last week of the month, I went up to 5 times a week. I'm extremely happy with the changes so far and can't wait to see where I go from here!

I eat strict paleo, and am currently at about 2500 calories a day. I eat delicious real food, and I eat a lot of it, and I've never been happier with a way of eating or a method of exercise. :love:

    Keep rocking it! You're looking great! I love CrossFit. I'm impressed that you would take on the challenge. It's so great to workout with friends who will goad you into showing up even on the days you don't feel it, don't you agree?

    I'm on my 5th week of Crossfit and am down a pant size also, even though I'm only down around 4 lbs as well. I'm going 3 times a week, but would love to bump it up more (so expensive though!). Yay CF!
