Same here. I just started a few days ago and when I got on the scale this morning I was shocked when I seen 2lbs up. But from when I am reading and hearing I should just keep trucking on and watch my inches and not my weight as much.

I have been doing P90X for a few years off and on but this round I thought maybe creatine would be a good boost. I honestly haven't really noticed a big difference I started taking it.

The number going up after being so strict scared me. I use to have issues with the scale the first time I lost weight. This time i'm doing everything properly but then to see a gain in such a sort time was upsetting. I don't want to stop taking it if this is normal, but how will I know?

Same thing happened to me. I went from 250lb to 163lbs and was doing amazing for 3-4 years then my dad got very sick and passed away suddenly, and I feel into a deep depression. It's been just over 2 years since, I'm back up to 217lbs and this time i'm deteremined to not let the bad moments in life control my life.

My partner and I started working out together and helping each other with our goals. When one starts to fail the other pick them up. We lose weight together and we gain together then have to lose again ... but together. It makes for a happier relationship when you are going throught the same thing at the same time helping…

Just because a person can go down more then 1 lbs per week does not make it unhealthy. With proper eating an exercising it is healthy. I will not starve myself and workout to where i'm going to hurt myself. If 1lb a week is working for you then great, but that is not my goal.
