Same here. I just started a few days ago and when I got on the scale this morning I was shocked when I seen 2lbs up. But from when I am reading and hearing I should just keep trucking on and watch my inches and not my weight as much.

I have been doing P90X for a few years off and on but this round I thought maybe creatine would be a good boost. I honestly haven't really noticed a big difference I started taking it.

Same thing happened to me. I went from 250lb to 163lbs and was doing amazing for 3-4 years then my dad got very sick and passed away suddenly, and I feel into a deep depression. Just because a person can go down more then 1 lbs per week does not make it unhealthy. With proper eating an exercising it is healthy. I will not starve myself and workout to where i'm going to hurt myself. If 1lb a week is working for you then great, but that is not my goal.
