no not just the thinner....its the healthier...i have managed to quit smoking, lose 60 lbs, eat fruits and veggies and smarter diet choices i work out daily...as for putting stuff on my hair i dont...i dont even blow dry it lol...so i dont think that its chemical related.

i dont keep track of water in oz very well....i drank 4000 mL of water which is about 133 oz (i think)...did 15 sit ups and 5 leg lifts after my stretches and tread climber routine....also did some kick boxing today too....man im beat....keep up the good work everyone!!!!!!
