I'm not giving you a recipe but a tip. When preparing all of your ingredients soak your noodles in the hottest tap water you have in a big bowl in the sink. Then you don't have to boil them before putting them in the pan. It really works!0

tip - use cottage cheese instead of white sauce, less cals and makes it more filling0

I use rice noodles and firm tofu instead of ricotta. If you blend tofu in food processor with fresh herbs (basil, garlic, oregano, whatever you like) and let it sit for a few hours in frige, the flavors will be good. I also add pumpkin to my sauce. You can use nutritional yeast instead of cheese topping too. Good luck.0

so far i have been searching online and i found this. it looks more like a stuffed manicotti than lasagna but i think im gonna try it.
