I can find almond flour in most grocery stores now, but the best price is on amazon (that i've found) by buying a 5 lb bag. It's a huge bag that has it's own spot in my fridge now, but it's worth it...and lasts in the fridge.

I copy and pasted this from my morning bp coffee...I also drink mine throughout the morning though, so it lasts for me. I love meatza...but I normally use italian sausage instead of ground beef and it's sooo good! But I really liked this cheesy/almond flour version too because it's quick, not too messy (the meatza I normally have to drain midway through cooking) and it's almost like eating the old thing. :)

I noticed this too when I was first starting out...but I was more nauseous without an appetite. I still made myself eat...I chose stuff that felt indulgent like heavy cream, cheese, bacon, etc. Soon enough it was over! Hope you're feeling better now if it was keto flu like me!

I buy 88% dark chocolate then melt it with some butter and just eat it with a spoon!!! I also made some amazing hot cocoa last night with that melted butter chocolate and some warm heavy cream, blended it up with a 1/2 tsp maple syrup (I avoid artificial sweeteners) and it was TO DIE FOR. And super fatty!!! :) Yay!
