Thank you all for your ideas/opinins and support!! It truly means so much! I weighed my self theis am after drinking green tea and much more water than normal yesterday and was 2lbs lighter!!! Makes me feel better....Now just 45.bs to go! :)

Hey thanks for your reply.....yes I'm being honest. I wear a heart rate monitor in order to be sure. I record my exercise but if I burn for instance 500 cal. MFP adds 500 cal that I am allowed to eat. I generally don't do that. I will friend you and you can see my food and exercise.

What type of protein have you added and how much per day? my dietitian said i should get 90grams/day.

Unless you are lifting weights quite a bit I would cut down on the protein......too much can ruin your liver.

First......why do you want to go to the protein shake???? You may want to consider a well balanced diet with the right protein and good fiber will fill you up and you will get the proper amt. of protein. To much protein may result in weight gain! Not enough fiber and you may end up more hungry than before. Just check it…

Hi Casmri - I am new on here to. Went to a dietitian the other day and she told me about this site. What is cool is it is also a free app. on my phone so I can track where ever I am, which I really like. Good luck with your goals!
