    Have you heard of Zumba? I'm in LOVE with it! I do the at home DVDs, I go to a class once in a while and I recently put together some playlists on youtube of different routines.
    If I'm doing a harder playlist or DVD, it's around 45 minuted and I burn a TON of calories!

    If you have Netflix they also have workout videos that you can watch instantly!
