I have that problem when I am at my momma's house. I can't say no to it and it is my number one weakness...my weight loss journey in the past before my last pregnancy I remember picking up my kids and leaving after saying my good byes. I work first shift so by the time i get off my parents are already having dinner. I will…

Stop thinking of the reasons why you shouldn't...but the reasons why you should. You need to stay positive and keep your goal in mind to stay determined and motivated.

I actually had my xmas dinner early...I ate four cookies, fried noodles, papaya salad, turkey....One day won't hurt your way to the finish line. Stay motivated! :)

The finish line seems so far away because it means we have to put in so much work and time out of our schedule that we normally don't. For me, having four kids is not easy. I can barely squeeze time for myself but you HAVE to want this so much you have to wake up an hour early to go work out before work or after a long day…

I wouldn't mind at all because it means I get to leave early lol. However, my math is not letting this go haha.
-
That's what I had too. Whew. I thought I was going crazy with my math skills.

I'm 5'1 and currently 168. I was 186 post-pregnancy. Make sure you are eating back your calories that you worked for. Sometimes when I am stuck, I found that if I had a high carb day it usually will help set it going again.

I usually go for yogurt or protein bar (brownies, strawberry) if i am in need of something sweet. It usually calms me down and curve my sweet tooh.
-
What i bring to work sometimes are eggs, protein bar, protein shake, fruits, greek yogurt.

My boobs are first to go. :( Then my upper body starts changing and then around the hips to the waist down to the thighs.
-
After work outs I sleep like a baby lol. Love it but it is hard on my husband because he could barely get me to wake up.

Elliptical works best and you can challenge yourself on it too.
-
Also it says 15 minutes is all you need but I actually go 30 minutes.
-
I'm using one right now. It's awesome but a lot of work. It really does push you like it says. If you aren't use to using your legs a lot you will feel the burn and soreness the next day. It's kind of like an elliptical but also like stair master as well. You really need to push down to get it going and feel the burn. Have…

I just had my baby 7 weeks ago! Feel free to add me! I also lost 30 some lbs before getting pregnant. Now I have to start all over. Will love to see everyones journey as well!
-
Yes it does...I have a 2 month old so I am still waking up in the middle of the night but I have found that I am exhausted by 7 and I usually fall asleep after the kids are in bed. I don't wake up until 5:30 am when I need to roll out of bed to work out.

My husband is a picky eater. It's hard to give him healthier food because he loves comfort food. However, he loves working out too. What is stopping him from getting healthier is he just had surgery done so he is not yet ready to jump on the band wagon yet. What i have been doing is just cooking seperate meals. YES! His…

I just gave birth two months ago. I have lost 30 some lbs before my pregnancy but I have gained it all back. So I am back on the wagon trying to lose the weight again. It's not so bad because I have done it before but the struggle to wake up in the morning and get on the exercise machine. Gotta kick my butt and roll out of…

I don't know if it does or don't but I won't let it effect my routine. However, each month when auntie flow visits I do notice my body retaining more water...and as I get closer to the end of my menstrual cycle my body loses that and I get my true weight...so I don't weigh myself during her visiting. I will notice my…

I make pho broth and instead of the regular rice noodles I always use I sub it for shirataki noodles. I use it for basically any asian noodle dish.

How intense are your workouts?
-
If you are feeling hungry all the time, you have to make sure you are packing in your proteins. So meat and beans are vital in your diet!
-
It's hard but the key is dedication. You have to want it so bad you will do anything for it. Remain focus and you'll get there. I was like that too. I would lose 12 lbs and stop and gain it all back but if you want it bad you'll get it. Just stick to your diet and exercising.

Weight loss takes time. If you are eating 1200 cals and exercising you would be able to lose est. 2 lbs a week.

I love blogilates butt blaster and you are bootyful challenge so far.

I boil my chicken gizzards and then season them with chopped cilantro and green onion, black pepper, salt, and a little bit of the broth.

So, when do people usually plateau? I am 29 lbs down and still have 27 more to go but I am stuck at this weight for over three weeks now. :( Should I up it and see how it goes?
