I took a class when I was in Vegas.. It was so much fun and yes a def workout! Wish they had something near me that offered classes like that. Nearest one is 45 minutes away.. BOO!!

Yup, i went to a concert not to long ago and thought i looked cute and after seeing the pictures I was like OMG I can't believe I felt cute in that!! I will probably never wear that shirt again. Ehh!! That was def motivation for me. Needless to say I deleted all the pictures..

I did not like Truvia at all but Stevia in the raw I don't mind and it's like 4 calories for a packet I think, so no it's not calorie free but it's less.

Designer Whey.. Love it.. Only 100 calories a scoop.. flavors are good.. I mix with almond milk to make it a bit creamy or just put it in my smoothie.. :) Having some right now! :)

Pilates work for me. Some exercises I put my hands under my butt and it seems to put less pressure on my back when laying down. Once your core gets stronger it'll help your back.
