Joggin/Running - Lower Back Issues
Anyone jog/run that has bad lower back issues? I do and I find the more I jog the more issues I have with my back. But I LOVE it and I want to get back into it. Anyone have this issue and any suggestions? I only run on the treadmill and have cushy shoes to lower the impact.:glasses:

How often do I adjust my HRM settings?
I tried searching on here because I'm sure it's somewhere but have had no luck. How often do I need to change my weight in my HRM? Should I do everytime I lose? Thanks in advance.

What do you pack for lunch?
I want to get away from frozen meals because of the sodium etc. I get sick of the same thing very fast so I need to mix it up a bit and leftovers always seem dry and just don't hit the spot most of the time.
