Anyone have a good website I can get weight training moves etc from?
I want to start doing free weights and I figure I could put a small notebook together with moves that I can reference until I get a routine down etc.
Looking for pictures I can take a quick glance at etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!:flowerforyou:

If you have an Android smart phone there is an app called JEFIT that I use. Not only does it have movements searchable by body part/muscle group, you can also build a workout plan, setup timers and view animations of the correct form for the various movements. It's nice to have while you're at the gym.0
