I love this stuff!!
It keeps me going and gives me a boost throughout my workout so I don't feel so tired after.
I only use a half packet in a bottle of water.

A half packets is 50 calories but well worth it!

I don't think they sell the powder sticks anymore which sucks because they are more convienent but they do sell it in a container. I love the Orange and Fruit punch. The lemon/lime isn't bad but not my favorite.

This isn't the stuff you can get at the grocery store. I know they carry the G Series but it's not the pro formula.
Compairing the packages of both for the 02 perform the Pro series is a lot better.
