I had a lot of knee pain during phase 3. I think it was because of all the jumping. My wasn't as bad as you are describing and I could still do most things. But squatting down became painful. I'm in week 9 and still do modified push-ups most of the time. I just can't get them right in my toes. Just keep going. I still feel it in the modified version so I figure its still working. Also it's something to strive for next time through.

I missed a week after two days in phase 2.. I just restarted phase 2 and kept going from there. So you could probably just restart where you left off and keep going from there. It'll be tough for the first few days back at it, but keep pushing and you can do this.

Thanks. I did workout 5 tonight. It was easily the hardest workout I've had since starting the system, but I did it. Feels good to be back on track.

I have not followed the meal plan but have maintained about 1200-1400 calories a day. I don't usually eat back my exercise calories. I have only completed phase 1, but so far am down 8 lbs and 5 inches.

Wow that's great! I'm in the exact same place. Started week 4 yesterday and down 5 pounds. I'm excited for phase 2, but to be honest I'm really nervous. Especially about the cardio.
