Day 9 done! Ugh! Gonna try and do SWSP too today. I'm getting to the stage now of wanting to put it off but not letting myself coz u guys all lookin out for me :)

Try and eat normally as soon as possible after getting it done or it becomes harder and harder to get back into the game. I had to eat slowly but was eating normal size meals the day after.

I'm planning on 7 days L1 (completed), 11 days L2 (underway) and 12 days on L3. Just to try and keep pushing. Did Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism today as well as promised.

Day 8 done. Gone up to level 2!! Definately prefer walking push ups to normal ones!

Day 3 today... taught 4 hours of classes yesterday, got 4 more hours today and I'm cringing about the extra 30mins as I already feel like *kitten* lol. Please encourage me some :-)

I'm trying to do 1wk on L1, 1wk (and odd days) L2 and 2 wk L3. Days like today and yesterday when I'm teaching fitness classess all day it's hard but meh this is my ME time goddam it lol.

If you're doing freedance or advanced tricks (level 5+) than the calories burn is quite high. If you are stoping and starting, it's about 180 calories an hour sometimes less.

Bent is the beginner variation. Make sure you keep your shoulders to the floor. To increase difficulty if you find them easy, straighted legs. To increase difficulty if that is easy, add barbell. Then add more weight, etc...

If you want to make it harder, hold a barbell above your chest with arms at extension (although not locked) and straighten the legs.
