The OP is asking for a quick fix. I am assuming she knows any quick fixes are not healthy in the long run- will make you lose water weight, and most likely come back. She is asking for an unhealthy request. There is a difference between providing the info and encouraging it.

Well if it makes you feel good, I can see why you do it. But eating food or drink does nothing to remove any "toxins". The body is very efficient at eliminating waste and processing the "chemicals" from food that comes into the body.

Yes. I do not do this to lose weight. I do it for a cleanse. I appreciate your opinion however- how is this starving your body? I do the cabbage soup cleanse once every 8 weeks and I still make sure to hit 1200 calories. Do a little research on it.. foods are UNLIMITED they are just specific.

YES Ma'am I can! And I am not denying that! I can eat 800 calories of mcdonalds too and still be hungry a few hours later.. it has nothing to do with not wanting too! It is when I am eating good sized meals every day and looking for tips to make them more calorie dense.. I don't know what you are trying to prove!

Most definite! I will eat good sized meals- chicken, veggies, brown rice.. etc.. my plate comes out to be 400 cals.. and then I am full- do I stuff myself more?? The olive oil is a great Idea. and I am going to try that.. Those are little staples that will help me reach my goal without overstuffing

It has nothing to do with calories.. I eat and I feel full-it can be around 800 or 900 calories.. I f I eat any more (regardless if it is 10 more cals, or 100 more, etc.) I will get sick... OH AND ALSO! I cannot eat full fat anything.. milk.. yogurt.. etc. I have never been raised on it and I do not like the texture of it. It is nothing to do with weight or calories.. It is a personal texture preference.

TRUTH is absolutely GREAT!!!! But this should be a natural concern.. I do not want to make myself sick if I eat passed by body feeling full. Maybe I need to alter my request- how to hit 1,200 cals in the first place without over stuffing my body.

Also- sounds extreme.. but have you considered an outfit change? For my sisters wedding there was a long time in between the ceremony and reception... you could do something a little more informal on the beach and then maybe change into something a little more elegant for the night?
