• hi! I had the same problem. Then I solved it by opening the misfit app on my mobile, and connecting MFP to it. So the other way around :-) Hope that helps you...
• Hi everyone. I would like to add friends too. Unable to link My misfit Shine to MFP fot the moment, it keeps sending me to the misfit website. my username is sannski

• I never sweat  not even in a sauna. I don't think sweat is fat coming out of your skin :D it's just water. Wouldn't you otherwise be terribly greasy when you're sweating
• Personally, I find that trying to loose weight and then rewarding yourself with food is a bit of a downfall. Why not reward yourself with a new pair of shoes or a long hot bubblebath?
• If you can't find the energy to get sweaty in a stinky gym, neither can I anymore ;-) been there, done that. But if you try walking, about 30 minutes a day will help you get started. With me this helps alot. Plus, it clears my mind and gives me peace and calmth. Not sure if this will help for you, but maybe it's worth a…
• me too, starting over as well ! lost 18 kg with MFP from sep 2012 - sep 2013, then I just stopped :-( As for now, I gained the 18 kg back and feel really stupid :p I hope to be able to get back on track and when I reach my goal, that I will be able to maintain what I achieved. I'm glad we're on the same boat and that there…
• Yes, get a kitchen scale and use it to weigh everything that goes into your mouth. Your kitchen scale is your new best friend! I used a kitchen scale and MFP and lost 18 kg. Then I thought I was happily done and stopped using the kitchen scale and MFP all together. 1,5 years later, the 18 kg is back :-( So now I'm back…
• Just what I was thinking  OP, your body is gorgeous! Awesome that you still want to work on it though! If I had a body like that, I would consider it a done job
• Bump! keeping this tread for later :-) congrats to you all, and thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this and showing it's possible!
• Thanks :) I still have a very flubby stomach area and hopefully it will go away once I lose more body fat %. The difference is significant in clothing, unfortunately, mostly visible in my boobs :ohwell: They are now out of proportion small compared to the rest of my body...
• I've always found it weird that they put it per 30g serving with semi skimmed milk on the box. As shown, it confuses people. To accuratly track calories, the person who linked the scanning code to the item would've better just added the plain 100g nutrition values, so that that it was universal for everyone. Who knows what…
•
I've been eating 1200 for about 4 days now, with still no results.
You need to be more patient. You really can't lose fat tissue in 4 days... + If you exercise, eat more than 1200 kcal. I suggest getting a HRM, so that you know how many calories you burned, and eat half of those back....
• Hi Scotland :) I'm not from Scotland, but am planning a trip there coming summer. Hope you like MFP!
• Anyone can add whatever they please to the database. I really don't mind if someone eats their cereal with milk or vodka martini... But don't link a scanning barcode to it. It makes the bar code system unusable for others. Barcodes, in my opinion, should be universal and correct.
• What Minerva said! First of all, eat more. MFP can calculate the exact amount of calories you need to lose the weight you want. Also, be aware that you are allready at a very healthy weight level. It may be harder for you to lose 9 pounds, but don't get discouraged, and don't ever ever go under 1200 cal a day :) Good luck!
• Oh man... Why don't I live in the UK :-( This looks awesomely delicious, are there any plans to expand delivery to mainland Europe :-)?
• A diet that doensn't allow you to eat this, that, and that, is generally not what you want if you want a long-term solution. a serving of carrots once a week?? You lost some weight the first month, but my guess is, as you already pointed out, it was mostly water weight. If you want to lose body weight, eat more, eat…
• There is a region in the Netherlands called Zeeland, though... There is also a Zealand (also: Seeland) in Denmark
• I'm not sure, but 25g of salt seems like like a lot for a loaf of 12 slices. Usually, a loaf has about 1 teaspoon of salt in it, but maybe danish bread is different :-p Of maybe the recipe you found is wrong... Normally, the yeast should (approximately) even out the salt. So my guess (only a guess!) is that it should be…
• What website did you use (if it's danisch, then nevermind :-p ) what were the ingredients for 1 loaf?
• And you are sure it's correct? I found this about skagensbrød: 240 kcal for 2 slices: http://tracker.dailyburn.com/nutrition/schulstad_skagensbrd_calories
• First of all, wow, I find it amazing that you can look up calories for a bread online  Around here, a baker's own bread is usually a family recipe that's being kept secret, and think my baker would chase me with a rolling pin if I asked him to tell me how many calories his baking has  He would definitely be…
• I always eat 70g of wholegrain pasta and it's just enough for me. My sauce is meatless though, Less calories :)
• I read the success stories on this site on a daily basis :) Try adding some of the successful MFP-members to your friend list and ask them to encourage you. Or find a picture of a person with similar height who is at your goal weight, and stick it to the fridge (or the candy bar cabinet, or the snack cupboard... You get me…
• Mrs. Donkey got jealous and got into a huge fight with Mr. Donkey...
• dez_yao: it turned out it WAS the butler in the library with the screwdriver after all...
• I'm very proud of you :) you've taken the biggest step by coming here. Now things will only get better! :flowerforyou: Good luck!
• Exactly my guess. The body needs fuel to function properly... Edit: a look at your diary might make it possible for us to give you more solid advice. If you feel like it, open it up :-)
