Good morning. I'm Loretta from Ohio. My goal for this month is to lose weight. Any amount will do. I'm obese and trying to lose weight and would really like support. Would like to be able to keep up with my grandkids better.

As of this am, I've lost 26 lbs. Kind of proud of myself right now. And I'm not starving myself and it feels good. people are starting to notice and thats nice also.

I go to the gym every morning and treadmill for 30 min. the things to help tone for another 30 min and then go to work but the evenings are so hard to stay good on the diet. anyone have any ideas to help?

43 year old who wants to see all my grandchildren grow up and on my 6th one now. I have fought my weight all my life. I have learned alot about different foods sends I started this. My son has got me started he has lost 80 lbs in a little less than a year.
