I RECENTLY STARTED THE WEIGHT WATCHERS RESISTANCE BANDS WITH THE DVD. I DO'T KNOW HOW TO LOG THIS. I PUT UNDER AEROBICS GENERAL BUT NOT SURE.

whats the best exercise to help lose weight?
i have been going to the gym almost everyday. i do 30 min on treadmill. the first part is trying to see how fast i can do a mile and am at 17.33 minutes now then i finish with trying to see how much a can do in 30 min and up to 1.70 miles now. then i do the machines for between 15 25 min. i throw the elliptical in there…

As of this am, I've lost 26 lbs. Kind of proud of myself right now. And I'm not starving myself and it feels good. people are starting to notice and thats nice also.

I go to the gym every morning and treadmill for 30 min. the things to help tone for another 30 min and then go to work but the evenings are so hard to stay good on the diet. anyone have any ideas to help?

43 year old who wants to see all my grandchildren grow up and on my 6th one now. I have fought my weight all my life. I have learned alot about different foods sends I started this. My son has got me started he has lost 80 lbs in a little less than a year.
