    Thats so awesome..it had to feel good. Be glad when i see ten. I ve been stuck on 8 forever it seems like.

    Excellent!! I am pretty close to being on track with you. I weighed in this morning and have lost 12 lbs. It feels great.

    Go to you cupboard right now and pick up two 5 lb bags of sugar or flour, etc.and carry it around a few minutes.
    Isn't it remarkable to think that's what you worked so hard to get rid of.
    Makes you want to keep going and NOT get it back!
