    33 lbs lost? You've probably heard this before, but the next time you're at the grocery store, try to pick up six 5 lb bags of sugar. THAT's how much extra weight you were carrying around all the time! And look at the girth of it. Wow!

    You're doing fantastic--an inspiration for sure!
