I'm a college student who DOESN'T drink, but I still have the same problems. I eat great during the week, but just want to eat junk when the weekends come and I'm trying to cram :-/ I'd love some advice, too.

Hi guys :) I made it to day four of level 1 but then I got sick, and it totally derailed me. I am looking to start again tonight! I know! I have never understood why hospitals have such horrifically unhealthy food. When I would visit my nana when she was in intensive care, the best you could get was a little fruit cup. They had hot dogs, nachos with fake cheese, everything. I wish they could at least put in salad bars or something :-/

I think I've had three different downfalls at different periods in my life. The first was poor nutrition as a child. My mom gave me Coke and Sprite to drink as soon as I was able because she didn't know there was anything wrong with it. We ate things like Hamburger Helper a lot. I'm a lifelong gamer girl and I incorporate games into my exercise! When I walk, I play my Nintendo DS :) It would be a LOT easier with a treadmill, but I'm pretty OK at paying attention to where I'm walking and playing at the same time!
