How should I log these exercises?

Hi guys :) I'm a little lost as to how to log some of the exercises I've been doing. I'm starting the 30DS and logging it as 20 minutes of calisthenics, which seems fair enough. But I'm stuck when it comes to logging my other exercises.

I have been lifting 8 pound weights 100 times per arm (that might sound wimpy, but I'm building up!), and doing reps of different kinds of squats, lunges, wall sits, calf raises, leg raises, etc. How can I most accurately log this kind of stuff? Thanks :)

I would just call all that a wash and log it as strength training.

30DS is more circuit training than calisthenics.

Agree. it is circuit training. 247 cals. It feels like more, but others have heart rate monitors that report that circuit training is about right. What is the cal count for torture? Surely there is back count of calories for outright torture by Jillian. Maybe it is offset by the swelled head of a better body.

LOL, I have been telling everyone that Jillian Michaels has to be a sadist. But thanks for the advice! I will change it to circuit training from now on :)

It's amazing what you can do in 20 minutes with 30DS! I'm on Day 8.
