5 ft 1.25inches 165 Size 10, just moved down from 12

5 foot 1.25 inches. Looking to get to 150 for now, then who know 135-140? One pound at a time. I like to think of myself as Fun Size, and yes I'm fluffy too.

Thank you. My doctor "threatened" me with a cholesterol med. This was my way of telling him no. Slim body is great. Good health is what it is all about.

WE need to talk. I've been doing this 3 and 1/2 weeks. down 7 pounds. But last time I hit my current weight, I though ok I'm done. Need to stay with this, goal is 15 more. Would love to hear more of your meal ideas. Thanks for posting.

I'm new as well. I understand the motivation problem. 4 days so far for me. Downloaded the app a month ago, but didn't start til Dr. said do something. So this is it. You will catch a plataeu, it's a resting stop do all the right things and it'll move. Get on the scale, let's be losers together.
