Short stuff! Im 5'1 around 120 pounds. I wouldn't mind losing a few before Christmas(I always eat myself silly around that time), but Im not stressing it too much. 5'3 ish here (just under).
My goals currently 110 pounds (50kg), although I say currently as I'd be happy to be within a few kg either side of that number. It'll all depend on how I look + feel at that weight- and my bodyfat percentage. I've got an open diary, so feel free to have a browse, but please note that I wound up having a take out yesterday- so it isn't exactly the best representative of what I normally eat at the moment!0 -

AI too am 5'1' weighing in at 265 I am now down 15 lbs and am taking off about a pound a week. I am drinking almond silk milk 60 calories, 1 scoop of whey powder and fruit, or pumpkin. Blend together and drink. I am on a no/low carb diet. No potatoes, no starch, no bread and no rice and no bananas. I drink one for lunch as well. A zone bar, or rice cake with 1 T peanut butter, piece of cheese, I eat serving of vegetables, meat and salad for supper, all portion controlled.0
