Once, i lost 0.5 pound after 1 month. It just took me long but i lost a lot of inches. I would recommend u to check size at the same time too. And good luck with your weight goals. =)

Cardio burns fat... I had never done strength training before.. I managed to get healthier burning body fat simply through cardio... Running & jogging are best fat burning cardio workouts. =)

I eat a lot in mornings. I even categorized morning foods into 1.breakfast and 2.early breakfast in my food diary. I mostly eat less at nights. =P

I am basically athletic and so no problem. The change i noticed is: My boobs became more tighter now. Honestly, i don't want to lose my boobs size because i love my boobs... =)

If u are working or studying or do workouts burning more than 500 calories, then make sure to consume 50%-55% carbs. 260 calories 7g carbs 22g fat 12g protein 4g fiber it will not exceed my macro goal if i keep eating tons of veggies for the rest of the day. i am worried whether it gives any problem.

Then go for an evening walk if u seem to snack too much. =) Walking might burn 25% and remaining, burn it off next day morning.

Make sure to drink more water after u consume some extra amount of sodium. Water flushes off sodium. Try not to cross the limit of sodium, make it as a goal. I cook foods at home and my overall sodium in-take per day will be in between 200 - 600.

Detox leads to serious consequences. I would suggest u not to try. Also Recently, there was a woman who died due to over-drinking of water without consuming any food. Dieting at first seems to look cool. BUT one day, when u eat more, u will gain all at a sudden. Try losing weight in a healthy way. =)

Running/Jogging/walking.... These 3 cardio workouts helps to burn unwanted fat from thighs. I would advise u to do jogging or running. Walking is low impact which can be done during lazy times.
