Always hungry!

I am finding myself want to eat constantly, even when I'm not bored. What could I do to remedy this problem?

Eat more complex carbs and fiber. It'll provide you with satiety. Ex: veggies and whole wheat pasta. Also, drinking 8 cups of water daily and green tea definitely helps you feel fuller.

do push-ups every time you get hungry.

Protein, fat, fiber. Increase those. Make sure you're not eating too many simple carbs. :) Lots of water.

I have exactly the same problem and those help me. :)

same problem here. The best solution is: Eat foods which has more protein & fiber. Also, make sure that u reduce or avoid bad carbs as much as possible. =)

Figure out what foods make you hungrier versus what foods keep you full longer and change your diet accordingly.

Oh, and keep your calorie deficit sensible or you'll always be hungry no matter what you eat.

    Several options.

    1. Exercise .. Incompatible behavior.
    2. Sleep .. often when we are tired, we miss the mark.
    3. Drink a couple of glasses of water before each meal .. this fills you up more and makes you feel less hungry
    4. Avoid certain foods such as diet colas (I'm guilty) and snack foods such as potato chips... these often contain appetite enhancers to encourage you to consume more.
    5. I have heard eating more protein makes you feel fuller. I do eat quite a bit of protein in my diet but sometimes I do feel hungry anyway... (probably the diet colas)...
    7. Eat something low cal but with nutritional value such as celery sticks, etc...

Hunger can be the result of a number of things.. bordom, fatigue, etc. It can also because you are missing a key element... if you are on a diet that restricts a particular food group (such as low carb), it could be because you are missing key nutrients. It also may be because your caloric intake is actually too low.
