Too much almonds is good or bad?

I am 21, 5 feet 4 inches around 117 Lbs. Actually, for past few days, i have been eating a tons of almonds like around 50 almonds maximum and today i ate around 60. I do jogging everyday. I consume about 1300 to 1500 cal per day. I tend to feel hungry faster & almonds fills my emergency hunger stomach. I was kinda confused & so i landed up here. I just wanna know if i will get any problem or side effects.

    260 calories 7g carbs 22g fat 12g protein 4g fiber

it will not exceed my macro goal if i keep eating tons of veggies for the rest of the day. i am worried whether it gives any problem.

No it doesn't give any problem, you're eating healthy fats, and between 50 and 60 nuts is only like 2 servings, it's not that many calories, and they're good calories. it would be much better to have the 22 grams of fat from almonds where it's mostly healthy fat then eating 22 grams of fat from like junk food or red meat

23 whole kernels is approximately 1oz in weight.

164 calories, 14.4 grams of fat (1.1 grams saturated), 5.6 grams carbs (total), 6 grams of protein.....

You don't really need to be worried about it. You're already extremely thin at that weight if not already underweight so honestly you could probably use a few extra almonds especially if you're running...1300 calories a day isn't enough for someone whose running long distances.

How much more weight are you really looking to lose? Have you considered switching to trying to add some muscle if you're not happy with being skinny?

I know that wasn't the point of your thread but...
