Feeling more hungry after studying
These days, i am studying a lot. After long hours of study, i tend to feel more hungry. Today, i ate like 2 full container of rice with some additional dishes after studying (no workout done yet). Too much almonds is good or bad?
I am 21, 5 feet 4 inches around 117 Lbs. Actually, for past few days, i have been eating a tons of almonds like around 50 almonds maximum and today i ate around 60. I do jogging everyday.
