I am around 137.6 lbs and kinda slim... but i got a little-little belly... So i mostly wear loose jeans and i feel little uncomfortable while wearing tight-fit jeans due to this tiny belly...
My carbs intake is more since our asian foods contain more carbs than fats.
My question is: Will i be able to reduce it by walking and running???
If yes, how many calories do i require to burn per day?
i prefer cardio mostly.

You can't spot-reduce. The only way to really get rid of the belly is to reduce your overall body fat, which means eating at enough of a deficit to burn fat, but not so much that you burn muscle, too (you want to preserve that stuff). Also, lifting weights will be more beneficial to you than cardio (but you can certainly still do cardio!).

You can't focus specifically on one target area to lose fat in, but you can tone that area by focusing on it. All the situps in the world won't get rid of the fat, but it will make your six pack more visible once it's gone.

It's old as dirt, but it still works: 8-minute abs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNqrkGnkUWc

Also, posture, posture, posture. There's a reason the Drill Sargent said stand straight, pull those shoulders back and suck in that gut.

"As most of us gain and lose weight, the wall of the internal abdomen is stretched and it lies out farther and farther as we age. No surprise that everything starts to sag on you as you get older. If you are female and ever gave birth to children, then that area has been stretched beyond belief. " (stole the quote from another site)

Sucking in your gut strengthens the transverse abdominis, just make sure you do it right.
