Calorie problem?

I have joined MFP at around september this year. I used to eat around 1000-1100 calories and sometimes, i reach my 1200 calories goal. I used to workout everyday for atleast 30 mins as minimum target and maximum around 40 to 45 mins... Mostly, my workout includes running.. I am jobless and so for the rest of the day, i don't move anywhere... my mom said that i look weak... today i ate around 1460 net calories and felt healthy but feared about my consequences. Some of my MFP friends told me to eat below 500 or 700 calories but i cannot adapt such method.
I am female, 21 years old. 5 feet 4 inches and weigh between 127.5 - 127.8 pounds.
Should i keep my calorie goal as 1200 or 1500???

Two options... Either set your MFP goal to a half pound a week and eat most of your exercise calories, or use another site to calculate your TDEE including your exercise, and eat 10-15% below that.
You have so few pounds you want to lose that you can't afford a large calorie deficit. Your body doesn't have enough excess fat to support it. You should be eating close to your maintenance amount, add some strength training if you're not already doing it, and tracking your progress through measurements, how clothes fit and progress photos instead of the scale.
And your goal weight is pretty low. Still in a healthy range, but pretty low. Follow the steps above and you'll probably reach your goal body before you reach the magic number on the scale.0 -
How much are you trying to lose and how fast?
If you want to be healthy you should start looking into your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and also your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and set your calories somewhere in between.
Definitely don't eat below 700 calories. Also, if you've been routinely eating below you BMR for a while and suddenly up your calories, you may see a slight weight gain that will go away once your body adjusts itself and your metabolism gets back up to speed.
If you are exercising at all, don't eat below 1200.0 -

I believed what you wrote until I read that line....now I'm guessing this is a troll post?0 -
You're going to get good advice (and already have some), so I'm just going to throw my two cents in and say that you should never be eating 500-700 calories a day on a regular basis. Most people on here would question someone telling you, a healthy 21-year-old at a decent weight, to eat such few calories.0

You'd probably be surprised.0 -
It's usually better to start a little higher, you can always reduce intake later if need be.0

Dude! I am kinda weak eating between 1000-1100 calories, then how can i eat below that? I cannot adapt means i never tried and it's not possible for me because i am not stupid.0 -
If you are feeling weak that is your first sign that you are eating too few calories. It is possible to lose weight at much higher numbers, especially when exercise is added in.0

With nine pounds to lose, you shouldn't be stressing so much. Set your goal here to lose one-half pound per week, then stick to the recommended calories.
It is going to take a while. Relax. Eat more. You can't lose that nine pounds with all this stress you're putting on yourself. It's going to take time...like a couple months at least.
