Someone told me Kissing (make-out or a long passionate kiss) burns calories... Is that true?

    Yes, it absolutely is. I was actually suprised that making love/sex wasn't among the exercises that could be chosen. Bummer!

    Any type of movement burns calories. Typing, talking, texting, petting your dog all burn calories.
    Enough to count as exercise? No.

    well technically being alive burns calories so you could at least say you are burning calories while you are doing it.
