Hi
My biggest downfall is eating in the evenings.
No matter how my day goes once I get in and curl up for the evening I start snacking and my self control and will power leave.
Any hints and tips would be appreciated!!

Use white strips on your teeth. You won't eat and you'll whiten at the same time0

Then go for an evening walk if u seem to snack too much. Walking might burn 25% and remaining, burn it off next day morning.0 -
I often drink a cup of herbal tea.
Do you knit or do any kind of craft? Keep your hands busy with something so you can't eat.0 -
I think that I will start walking the dog a decent walk after dinner I will start tomorrow.
I will clean my teeth after my dinner and stick to water - thanks folks xxx0 -
I am the same way. I can have an AWESOME day, and then just sabotage it all with mindless evening snacking. I would love to hear what others say. I have had limited success with chewing gum, brushing teeth (so my mind thinks it's bed-time), or turning the lights off in the kitchen and "closing" it for the night. Good luck!0

I can only knot an endless scarf and don't know how to cast off but as you say its not about what I knot its about keeping my hands busy and my Mouth empty!!!! xx0

I have a big jug of water in front of all the food...when i open the fridge i drink some water instead of eating something...which i have done at least three times already tonight...because some days my brain keep yelling EAT EAT..i keep DRINKING WATER DRINKING WATER.
Brains can be so unruly.0 -
I typically just reply on sheer willpower. But when that isn't working I brush my teeth, really, really well and then use mouthwash. I don't want to have to go through all of that again before bed, so it definitely stops the snacking urge.0
