You drop fat by continuing to lose weight while eating at a proper calorie deficient. You can't spot reduce. We all have some spot that holds onto fat until the very end.

Keep with a healthy diet, and exercise regularly. You'll eventually lose the thigh fat. It's the last area I lost in. It'll happen for you, too.

Add some strength training. Cardio is good but adding strength training to will tone you up and you'll lose body fat faster. Since my trainer has started me doing strength training with a little cardio thrown in and watching what I eat I'm down 4 inches in a month and a half and almost 5 pounds.

Running/Jogging/walking.... These 3 cardio workouts helps to burn unwanted fat from thighs. I would advise u to do jogging or running. Walking is low impact which can be done during lazy times.

Running works for me, or try an elliptical, biking, or walking. If you have access to a pool, that will help you get slimmer, too.

I wouldn't worry about bulking up--it takes a lot of weight training to get bigger muscles.

My family is famous for thunder thighs lol.. But recently I have been running/jogging. I started slow five minutes a day and now up to 35! While I chose not to do measurements I have noticed my thighs burning away!!! That is what has been working for me! I have always wanted runners legs and now I am a bit closer. Also I did do some reading that squats are what help with cellulite.. which in my case is an ongoing process, but running just makes me fel great either way!

controlling what you eat is the only way to reduce fat throughout your body. Your fat goes away where it wants to go. My butt and thighs are finally moving but they have saved themselves for the last :(. It is what gives us a womanly shape.

This. You can't spot reduce. You should strength train though and build up the muscle under the fat. That way when you do lose the fat on your thighs you'll have shapely legs. You will NOT bulk up by lifting weights.
