The one I did, Bierstadt, was paved to the trailhead.

I've been baking it and then putting a little mango salsa on it. It's delicious.

My company is the distributor for Ballast Point in Colorado! It's been hard keeping the weight off since I started working for a distributor, especially in the winter, but I'm working on it. You should try the Habanero Sculpin if you can find it. Mixed with the grapefruit is pretty good.

I prefer to eat 3 meals a day with no snacks, but I've always been that way. I am a big planner, so I plan all my meals at the beginning of the week and do my grocery shopping, so I make sure I'm prepared with meals that will keep me full.

Not sure I did that right.

I'm going on a river cruise in Europe in 2 weeks, and I plan on doing the same thing. I want to enjoy myself. I know we'll be doing a ton of walking, so I'm not too concerned.

I started at 170, and I'm down to 150. Trying to get down to 125. I'm 5'1.

The other day we had street tacos from a food truck and they had the coke with real sugar & it was ice cold. It was so good!

I started week 6 today. I was feeling a little "off" so I only made it through half. I'm glad I stopped because I started feeling a little sick later. Hopefully it's nothing bad. I'm not sure if I will redo day 1 or just move on to day 2.

I just finished week 5. 20 minutes straight. When I started I thought I'm going to do 10 minutes. Then when that was done I thought I want to run a mile. Then I almost stopped with 5 minutes left and Invincible by Pat Benatar came on and I finished strong. I feel really good about it!

After my niece shoved some piece of food in my mouth and I realized it had already been in her mouth, I had to go with the pretend chewing thing!

I started week 5 today. I was still a little sore from a long hike on Saturday, but once I got going I felt great.
-
Spaghetti! I can't eat just a little.

Can you make extra of what you eat for dinner and eat the leftovers?
-
I just finished week 3, and it was much easier than I thought it would be. Looking forward to week 4 next week.

A baseball cap is a great idea. Thanks to both of you!
-
What do you wear? I feel like I would get hot in my rain jacket.
-
I finished week 2 today. I'm excited but nervous to start week 3 on Wednesday.

What an inspiration!

I just finished W2D1. I was sick earlier in the week & I tried to start week 2 yesterday, but that was a big mistake. I had no energy. Today I was feeling a lot better so I tried it. It just about killed me, but I finished! My park has way too many hills. How does the lady know to tell me to run every time I'm going uphill?

I just finished week 1. I never liked running, but I don't seem to mind it so far. My only problem is that I've lost 14 pounds in the past 2 months and my tank top straps keep falling down when I start running! I guess there are much worse problems to have!

Vodka soda with lime. I also like a Moscow mule. I love a dirty martini but I don't know how many calories that is.
-
I restarted a little over a month ago, and I've lost 12 pounds so far. I'd say I'm at about 90% compliance.

Jamaican black beans and rice with pineapple chutney!

I googled "calories burned rebounding" and found a couple of different numbers. I took an average. I don't have the numbers handy, but it should be pretty easy to find on google.

I read that as "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..."!

I have a mini trampoline, and I jog on it while I'm watching tv. I also do a deck of cards workout. Assign each suit an exercise (lunges, squats, push-ups, dips, crunches, whatever you want). Do the amount of reps that's on each card.

I've never done much yoga, but I bet that's a great place to do it.
