I've had a Sunday roast. I feel like my belly might burst. Ha ha. I'm a sucker for a Sunday dinner me.

    Dinner! :) I don't think anything is quite as nice a a satiating dinner. I try to plan my calories around it, as I'm not too big on breakfast. I look forward to it all day. Maybe not the cooking part , but I'll do it. :)

    Some people suggest following the 80/20 rule. As long as you eat properly 80% of the time, messing up 20% of the time won't hurt you. Of course, that assumes that you make allowances for the 20% during the 80%.

    Who said I messed up? My meal was within my calorie allowance for the day. I meant that I ate it all and was seriously stuffed. So thanks for the input but not sure what relevance it has to my thread? Lol
