I have a rebounder ( aka a mini trampoline) that I intend to haul out of storage next week and begin to, yes, well, bounce upon......but I cannot see anywhere in the exercise database that covers that activity. Any ideas of what I could use as a 'nearest to' instead? I follow a 20 min beginner programme and then move up to a 20 min intermediate one when I am feeling a little more flexible..... ( I follow a dvd, not just jump up and down.....

I googled "calories burned rebounding" and found a couple of different numbers. I took an average. I don't have the numbers handy, but it should be pretty easy to find on google.0
