I've just started, today is day 4. First 2 days felt constantly sick and now I just feel hungry and am craving savoury carbs! However I am seeing weight loss so will keep it up for a little while, but don't think I'll be doing the full 90 days!

I think everyone loses at different rates, the important thing is that you're losing! 8lb in 4 weeks is AMAZING! Keep going as you are and you'll reach your goals before you know it xx

Count me in too! SW 230 CW 205.5 GW 199 (onederland!) UGW 162 ish I've been sticking to calories and exercising a few times a week but think I'll try to make healthier food choices. Wedding in august so really need to kick it up a notch! Will aim for Friday weigh ins too.

I went back to Josie again today after 3 weeks of just going gym. Still not moved on from level 1 though! I used a HRM today just to see the calorie burn, 280 cals for 20 mins isn't bad!

I find the exercises harder than 30 DS BUT cardio wise not as challenging. I was planning to rotate the two cos I like 30 day shred too. For me it feels more of a challenge strength-wise; although you do feel the cardio it's only the 30 seconds that is taxing so it settles quite quickly.
