I workout 5 days a week in the gym and my cals are set to my BMR . IM 5FT 4" i joined MFP back in sept 2012 , my weight at that time was 165 . i reached 165 during my final year in uni (stress) after i finished uni i decided to look after me and get back in shape. since january i've been hovering between 133-138 i dont no whether it because i've added strength training into the mix or not…

ok here i go, this is me at my heaviest i think i was between 178-182 in these pics this is me now 137 ish I still have a bit more work to do but im slowly getting to where i want to be

im having the same issue but i think where im going wrong is my macros! looking at my diary my diet is 50% carbs!!!:embarassed: im trying to stick to 40/30/30 to see if it helps ... i just love fruit too much haha ...

yes what happens after? I know your probably going to get a lot of "that's not a healthy way to loose weight" so I am not going to ..im just curious of how it works and what do you do afterwords? you must have some will power to do 12 weeks of it , fair play ! I don't think i could last that long,and if i did and i lost…
