Hi! I was talking to a friend and we had a debate wether working out once or twice a day would get u in shape quicker. I feel as if although it is the same amount of calories, by training twice u keep ur metabolism n burn going for longer. whereas she says working out and burbing 1000kcal at once is harder, so therefore more beneficial. what do u guys think? or doesnt it matter?

I think the issue is which one is more sustainable. I usually burn about 1,000 calories three times a week, and I know that there's no way I would have the motivation to do it more frequently.0
