5'4" SW 122 CW 114/115 GW: 108 My calories are set at 1450. I'm very active, usually exercising multiple hours a day, so I do tend to go over that in terms of straight food calories. However, in terms of net calories, I am usually under 1200.

You are awesome. ;)

I go to Planet Fitness, but don't partake in the pizza/candy/bagels EVER. I like to get in, get my cardio done, and get out. It works for me :)

friendly face, nice smile.

I log everything-- the good, the bad, and the ugly. ;P

I feel the same... I know that everyone is built differently and carries weight differently, but there IS a limit in both directions and, while I'm not saying you can't go there, be careful... 5'5" and 100 lbs is very thin.

I'm 5'4" and currently 108 and I think it looks good on me :) I have a very small frame, however, and I know that makes a big difference. I feel my best when I'm 110 or under.

I am also recovering from eating disorders and I do find that it is VERY difficult to find a positive place from which to approach it... One day, I am thinking "I can do this!! I really can!! It will be ok!" and then I gain a pound (which is NOTHING, I know) and I freak out and cannot handle it, so I restrict, lose, the…

I'm 5'4" started MFP at 122 lbs CW: 109 lbs GW: 105 lbs

I am 5'4". CW: 108/109 GW: was around 110... so I'm thinking my goal should be maintenance. For a while, I thought I might want to be 105 (I have a very small frame!), but I think 110ish is fine. I feel pretty comfortable in my skin right now :)

This is such an excellent plan, in my opinion. As a person recovering from eating disorders, I find it difficult to toss my scale, though I want to. I find it difficult NOT to weigh myself once (or more!) a day. This is my battle right now-- NOT weighing multiple times a day. I allow myself ONCE a day; that's it, no more…

I struggled with EDNOS and compulsive exercising in college, so I can relate... It's still a part of my life, unfortunately, but it's largely under control now and I can call myself "in recovery" though not "recovered" YET. I will get there :) I'm so sorry that you struggled with an eating disorder... it is absolutely a…

I'm currently trying to recover from an eating/exercise disorder and have recently lost some extra weight in a healthy way and am struggling to maintain it... I battle with a fear of gaining too much so I end up going to far... this has happened several times before in my recovery :( I'd be happy to befriend you! I don't…

I'm so backwards.... I am 5'4" and currently 108-110 lbs. In high school, I was 5'3" and 120-130 lbs. (In college I was 95 lbs, eeeekk!!) I've always done things a little differently =P

Wow! Great work!!!

I honestly wouldn't even notice if something like that happened to someone at my gym :) I'm there on business; get in, work out, get home. I think most people are in their fitness bubble while they're there. I say go for it and forget about what anyone else is thinking-- if they're thinking anything at all!

I'm extremely sensitive to the cold as well. I'm cold in any temp under about 70! I also have Raynauds in my hands and feet, which makes it even MORE fun to be in the cold (ha ha). But I have never let that stop me from hitting the gym or getting in a good work out :) I find that the regret I feel in NOT getting in a…

I am unable to use a treadmill due to hip dysplasia :( Initially, I was totally bummed because I had JUST started running/using a treadmill for fitness and I was no longer allowed... so I started using the elliptical. I think it's all in how you use it, re: how "worth it" your work out will be... when I started, I started…

Always. It didn't even cross my mind not to until I read this post! haha. I go to the gym 4 times a week, every week, and I do at-home exercises and ab-work when'm not at the gym.

To FINALLY maintain my goal weight-range (107-110) for the year ...and beyond! :D
-
I agree with this. It's just frustrating!! BUT it kind of opened my eyes, reading that some of you run outside during the rest of the year! I didn't think about that, because I am unable to run due to hip complications from dancing :( But I'll have to remember that one :) In fact, if I were able to run, I would probably be…

I feel like it's usually around Valentine's Day... Generally, I think the NYResolutioners either find a sweetheart and figure, "screw it, I'm done!" or they don't find a sweetheart and figure, "screw it, I'm done!" I used to HATE it when the Resolutioners showed up for their month and a half of working out... I know it…

I'm 64" and my waist is 25-26". I guess that's good, then.

...it told me I'm most like someone from Ethiopia.

hi! :) I am 5'4", 30 years old, and am currently 112 lbs; recently up from 109 :( For most of my life, I have been between 120-130 lbs, but in my early 20s, I developed an eating and exercise disorder and dropped down to about 93 lbs. Since then, I have been everything from low 90s to mid 120s, but my goal is to sit around…

I LOVE LOVE butternut squash! I just started eating it recently as well, but I'm totally boring... I peel, dice, and steam it until it's soft, but still basically holds its shape, and then I lightly salt and pepper it-- YUM!!
