ive lost 10lbs in 2 weeks but i expect it to slow down :) im just eating healthier but havent been to the gym just walking for exercising. im not going hungray but i am under my kcals every day i suppose im filling up on healthy food instead of junk food xxxx

I am so in :) just started again after gaining 28lbs in 9 months :O so this will really keep me going :) Ideally I would like to in the 100s not the 200s but thats a big loss in such a short time. realistic 217lbs (18lb loss) ideally 199lbs (36lb loss) good luck guys euthie xxxx

In the past i denied myself and went full out and it never lasts :( try weight watchers as mentioned above but also why not make your own pizza using low fat ingredients and cutting down on the cheese :) google for low fat low kcal recipes for all your favorites. and if you do slip up start again and don't worry about it…

that is what i do :) I use the burnt kcals if i am feeling hungry or if I have a meal out sort of thing, that way I am not worrying so much about kcal counting when I should be enjoying myself :) xxx

I did consider going back to WW but it costs way too much money :( I have to say I joined MFP at the end of sept and I have lost the most weight I have ever done. I like MFP because it is very simple to use and it does make you burn kcal via exercise and I think that is the important difference between MFP and WW. With WW…

I always track my drinks but I do it before I go out :) that way I know I can have say 3 doubles with diet coke then I just add a pint of water between them so my drinks last longer :) I also try and dance as much as possible too that way I am adding some exercise in there too :) euthie xxxx

Yorkshire tea in the morning that you can stand a spoon in :) during the day I drink fruit tea favourite the now is raspberry another yorkshire with my evening meal and if I have difficulty in sleeping you can not beat lavander tea to knock you out :) euthie xxxx
