I try to only use the scale once a week. Thursday is my 'weigh' day ~ if I blow it over the weekend, that gives me a few days to get back on track!

I have the Polar F4 and I really like it. It doesn't have as many 'bells and whistles' as the F6 but it does what I need. It tells me my HR plus calories burned. At the end of a work out it tells me how long I was in my target HR, the average HR and the max HR.

The Wii Fit Plus remembers all the profiles you have already built - plus all your history and previous weight, etc. This feature makes it super easy to use. Just pop in the disc and you're ready!

I made these with a white cake mix and diet Sierra Mist Cranberry Splash - they were totally pink and really good. Obviously still lots of sugar in these since that's the main ingredient in the cake mix. But not a bad snack when those sweet cravings hit.
