but this is ridiculous. I started in January and lost 19 lbs. For the past six weeks I have not lost or gained a single lb. :sad: What am I doing wrong? I work in a two person office also, and when things are slow my boss lets me go into the other empty office and work out. There is a flat screen TV in there and I bring my workout videos and do them and he covers the phones for me. :happy: When he is not here, like the rest of the week, I work out twice a day.

Keep going in the same direction and before you know it two pounds will be three, three will be four and so on. Just take it one pound at a time. They will keep adding up and before you know it you will have lost lots of weight.:smile:
