I am 5'4 and my first goal would be 140 but in between 125 & 130 is my uktimate goal. In high school I was no more than 115 ... I look at pics now and seem very skinny. After my daughter was born 9 yrs ago i went up to 125. I like how I looked then :)

Day one done! I had to push myself ... But felt good :) I have measured and taken pics of myself, so that maybe at the end of 30 days we can share our results. Anyone can add me to motivate each othet. I will be committed to the 30 day. Happy Ripping :D

I would like to join. I will be starting sunday and taking Saturdays as my off day instead of sundays. I will be also doing about 30 min additional walking 3-4 times a week. I will post my measurements and SW tomorrow :)

Just make sure you read on nutricion info. Too much sugar is bad. Congratulations!! I'd suggest trying to stay in the 1400 calories instead of the 1200 because you are breastfeeding. A suggested amount of calories for a breastfeeding mother is 1700 but since you are trying to lose weight, don't go down to the 1200 you might be limiting yourself and your baby of healthy nutrients. I got my FT4 at Best Buy for Under $90. It is great! It shows my fat burn zone, my heart rate, my calories burned, and it gives you a data chart with the information of your work (time, calores burned, and maintained heart rate). I love my HRM! I also bought a HRM from target, and returned it the next day, the way they work, you have to constantly keep checking your pulse with it so that it records your heart rate.
