Insanity - Can I get some advice?
I got the Insanity workout DVDs. I have not been excercising and I'm going to try and follow the nutrition guide it comes with. For someone in the beginning level, can anyone share their experience and results on this program?

30-40 lbs. goals looking for friends.
Hi! I just started this new year MFP for the second time. I am 28 yrs old and trying to lose 30-40 lbs. I would like some friends with similar goals to motivate each other. I hope I can reach a goal of -20 by July and the rest by december. I wanted realistic goals where I wouldn't feel discouraged. :)

Am I eating too much protein?
I haven't even had dinner yet, and I have already used all of my protein, and with tonight's planned dinner (salmon), it puts me over at around 35 grams over.
