I just started month 2. I love it. I did the program once before and then slacked and lost my results. Im committed to maintaining it this time.

I'm on my second round of max30. First round I lost 12 pounds..this round so far ive lost 8 and I'll be on second month this next monday!
Its hard, but push yourself everyday..do not give up!!!!!! 30 minutes will go by in no time if,you just stay focused:)
