Just turned 47 (ouch!) but this says fitness age 24! Love it!

Beautiful! You look 10 years younger!

I use Blue Diamond Almond Breeze unsweetened almond coconut milk and chocolate protein--that tastes just like Almond Joy!

Never knew about this...thanks!

I too am bad about eating breakfast and can not eat first thing in the morning so I used to just have coffee and not eat until lunch. I also pack my food the night before and found that I love Bob's Muesli or Mom's Best Plain Grain plus a tbsp. raisins soaked overnight in almond milk or almond/coconut milk eaten cold. Not…

Love it but it is not pasta. I make it many ways but have never tried to make it something it is not. Give it a try.

I would say before will be okay as long as you drink enough and have time for your heart rate and blood pressure to stabilize prior to donating. It is not recommended to exercise the rest of the day after donating. We have a date coming up-it is a Saturday so I will workout before donation time and see how I feel Sunday…

As an undereater that was gaining weight on 800-900 cals a day I say eat more! I have slowly been upping cals over the last few months and continue to lose. Also, 15 pounds is nothing to sneeze at, I can imagine your body is just leveling off a little, you can't have been stuck long. I have been stuck for a month before…

Same issue--was told it is actually a crush injury from such a rapid birth. The doctor said they inject collagen/plumping fillers around urethra to decrease leakage. She also told me no amount of Kegels would help--but I still try!--and traditional type bladder lift surgery does not fix this problem either. I always go…

Ok, I have read every word of this post and just want to add a different reason for logging...I was "doing everything right, eating healthy, etc" EXCEPT that when I started logging per the advice of my doctor, I saw in black and white that I was undereating. I have excuses if I wish to use them-genetics, hypothyroid, I…

thank you for posting!

I am interested in the answers to this question as well. I have not had a rest day for more than 2 months and feel great. I mostly do circuit type--combo of cardio and strengh but no heavy lifting yet due to an injury.

I was having trouble reaching calories as well actually joining this site as an undereater but I find that having a protein shake after my workout adding good fat/calorie dense foods (usually eat half an avocado) each day plus a little snack in the evening--toast with peanut butter, hummus, etc I get closer to calorie goal…

Great thread, I am just here to offer motivation--I love 30 DS and have done it a couple times now...actually today was my 65th day of exercise--no days off, some days I walk or do yoga or some additional exercise. I did not measure but sure wish I had! I am down 2 pants sizes and the new pants are getting loose! My shirts…

But what did the doc say about your BP? Are you drinking enough?

I have never even heard of Pop-Tarts in these flavors!

I made it in a chicken veggie stir fry... while you microwave the squash, sautee red onions, garlic, add cubed chicken breasts in olive oil, salt & pepper to taste till chicken is cooked. Transfer this to a bowl then add a bit more oil to pan and stir fry/sautee broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, green beans, asparagus,…

When I first got my FT4 it would not find a heart rate, just kept reading 00. Tried everything suggested and 00. Called Polar customer service the next morning, they emailed me a paid UPS label to send it in and in a few days Polar shipped it back to me with an invoice stating transmitter failed testing and a new…

Just do it. I am on a 50 day roll right now, it gets easier and even fun. I switch up which circuit but have not taken a rest day, feeling good and strong and not sore. Down 2 pants sizes is a plus also! Hang in there and good luck!

Got my Polar FT4 back in the mail yesterday with an invoice that said the ransmitter failed electrical test. I strapped it on for my workout and it worked beautifully. I am so pleased with Polar's customer service. Send yours in.

Spelling, word order, all that aside...since beginning this thread OP has changed her avatar to clearly show she is underweight and locked her diary which I did get a chance to see yesterday--daily allowance set at 650! I am worried for her and think this is a cry for more help than she realizes! If a therapist is out…

^^EXACTLY!^^ I just don't understand

I received my Polar FT4 and the same thing...00. I tried everything and followed online troubleshooting, my sweet husband even ran to the store to buy a new battery to make sure that was not the problem. So the next morning I called Polar and after running through a quick list of troublshooting, all of which I had already…

great list!

Yay! That is very cool!

my favorite is to saute in olive oil with lots of fresh garlic, ground sea salt and pepper--I sprinkle with red wine vinegar when it is on my plate--YUM!

Speaking from experience and also quoting my endocrinologist, it will be hard to lose weight until your thyroid function is regulated. Hopefully you are in the process of getting the right levels of thyroid replacement, it can take some time to get and stay level but when you get there losing will not be impossible. In the…

How about adding lemon, lime or oranges slices? Cucumber water is great too!
