Hi. I never did the program but was a part of a Learn to Run group at one time that taught pretty much the same way ( 10's and 1's during our long runs). Hi. I'm currently on vacation so haven't been checking in....until today????. Went for a 9km ( around 5 miles) Run/ walk. Stopped and did 10 push-ups on a park bench and had Saskatoon berries as a snack. Guess I'm doing the challenge already. Lol

Challenge done! Also did an ab routine found by another MFP. 5 different core exercises. 40 seconds each(20 second rest) x 3 sets. Very doable????

It's like a burpie (sort of).... Except we'll be doing a push up with the squat jump. I'll do it...as well as the challenge from yesterday that I missed????.

I did a run today so was going to say "that's good enough"... But then came back to this and thought to myself, I said I was going to do it and I will. And I did????! Here's hoping its not "leg day" at my training class tomorrow. Lol Good job everyone!

60 is one of my favourite numbers too! It's weird...whenever I go to the ATM it's $60 I take out. Ha. I'm in for lunges.
